Amazing hotel for hockey teams! We stayed here during our U13 playoffs and the staff were incredibly accommodating. They let our team use a boardroom by the pool for free both nights and were very team-friendly, even allowing the kids to play mini sticks as long as they were respectful. Breakfast was amazing in the morning and included. The room cleanliness wasn’t perfect, but for the price and the fun our families had outside the rink, this place is a 5-star stay for teams.
We stayed for one night and they allowed us to check in early to get ready for a wedding. The room was huge and very clean. In addition, we were treated to an included small breakfast buffet at the restaurant. I definitely recommend this hotel because the stay was pleasant and the price was extremely competitive.
I stayed at the Heritage Inn High River for a week and a half with my team from BC while working on a movie. The staff made us feel instantly welcome! From Cory and her friendly front desk team to Dar and Willa serving breakfast and laughs in the restaurant, to the kind and helpful maintenance man, this place was truly a home away from home. When we left to shoot at the next location, we were all so sad to leave. Cozy, clean and quiet rooms, SUPER comfy beds and a quirky pool, this place is great! Huge thanks to all of the Heritage Inn staff for taking such good care of us
Our overall experience was fine. The fact that we couldn’t use our room key cards to get to the pool was a bit annoying. Needed staff’s assistance to unlock the door. Getting out to main road wasn’t that convenient as it is located right on a road. Breakfast was very basic. Rooms were decent. Did serve for our 2 nights stay for hockey tournament.
What a beautiful location. The rooms are nice and wide. They seem to always have nice pillows here. The swimming pool and hot tub was the highlight of the hotel. I really enjoyed my stay. This hotel is tucked away in the back of town
Ate at the Seasons Cafe. Felt like a place they would remember you after a few visits. Staff was friendly and gave me their most popular breakfast choice right off the bat. The brisket eggs Benny was good and filling. The Hollandaise sauce was a bit weak, but overall, it was a good breakfast.
I went to the lounge with a friend - first time in over a decade (bring back comedy night!). The server was so friendly & her service excellent. The food was really great. I would definitely go back! The atmosphere was relaxed & friendly. The front desk lady was a joy. I am so glad I went!
I was so appreciative of this hotel. The staff were so kind. The lady in the am, I should have got her name, even came to help me out when I couldn't get my hood open and my ground was loose on the car. The breakfast was incredible and the service in the breakfast room so good. I will definitely be back. Thanks so much for the great experience!!
